June has been a beautiful month so far with the weather. We had another great success with Teagan and Jeff this past Friday. They were so wonderful to work with and had a gorgeous wedding with so many great ideas. Teagan and Jeff went with a theme of coral and turqouise. They chose to use an in-house white linen and provided coral runners and did a gray napkin placed as a column fold. The centerpieces were three cylinder vases with flowers and gems inside and filled with water. The one cylinder had a floating candle and a different vase had none other than a real live Beta fish. The fish matched their turquoise and coral theme so perfectly. The vases were set on a gray tile. The couple had their ceremony in front of the woods and provided a trellis. The favor was customized sunglasses that had their wedding date and names on them. Each was set on a guest ceremony chair and added a cute little decoration to the ceremony. After the ceremony was over the bride had a little surprise for the groom. The groom is very much an Eagles fan and the bride is a very dedicated Steelers fan. The bride provided the guests with a personalized terrible towels. The guests hid them very well and went crazy when Teagan and Jeff were introduced. I have to say, his face was pretty priceless.
My favorite ideas from this wedding obviously includes the Beta fish. That is not something you see frequently and it was a big hit and some of the guests got to go home with a new pet. Another favorite was the guest book. The guest book were trays that the guests signed with sharpees. The couple will be able to use them and enjoy them whenever they host guests in their new home.
