Suzanne and Jon, September 29, 2017

This couple had a beautiful DIY wedding. Suzanne and Jon ended our busy month of September with a bang. They held their ceremony in front of the woods and decorated with shepherd’s hooks and Karen’s white arbor. Suzanne’s Aunt did much of the decorating and strung tulle along the shepherds hooks with fairy lights and decorated the arbor with white tulle and lights as well as with some faux flowers. The ballroom decor was a big hit as well. There was a combination of small and tall centerpieces. The tall candelabra centerpieces were sprayed gold and had a combination of burgundy, cream and navy faux flowers. The shorter centerpieces were simple stands that held flowers similar to the candelabras. Set up at the back of the room was a back drop with tons and tons of props and Polaroid cameras for their guests to use as a photo booth spot. Their guestbook was also to have their guests sign the Polaroids and stick them in a photo album. A new personal favorite of mine was the selfie Polaroid.  That was a first and definitely a big hit at Suzanne and Jon’s wedding. The couple used small gold picture frames that doubled as their favor and place card. The guests names were written inside the frame and they got to take them home to use for their gushing photo of the bride and groom. 😉

Suzanne and Jon had wonderful wedding, but their ring bearer pup might have stolen the show at the ceremony. We had such a blast working with this couple and wish them all the best!
