Margy and Alan were the perfect ending to a busy week. They chose to get married on Saturday, May 20, 2017. Our roses bloomed just in time for their ceremony at the pond. Guests were seated around the pond and the happy couple stood at the top of the waterfall to say their “I do’s”. Their ring bearer, was none other then their adorable dog, Boo Radley. He was one well-behaved ring bearer…maybe one of the best. ;D This couple has a love for music and something that separated their wedding from all the rest was that they had a celtic band playing music for their ceremony and cocktail house. The name of the band was Across the Pond. If your paths ever cross with them definitely stick around to hear how talented they are!
Margy and Alan wanted their sweetheart table but also wanted to share their dinner with the rest of their family. They chose to have their family sit at 8 foot rectangular tables that extended off of their sweetheart table. Following dinner, the band, Don Johnson Project took center stage at the front of the ballroom and had the guests dancing the night away. It’s not too often that we have a live band at Harmony Hall Estate so this was a wonderful change of pace and great music all night long!
Favorite moments from Margy and Alan’s wedding were of course, the dog. Gotta love a four-legged ring bearer. He looked just as happy for Margy and Al as the rest of their wedding guests. The bands were both amazing. It was a wonderful way to get your guests outside for cocktail hour and relaxing on the patio and for the reception. It was the best way to get guests on the dance floor. We hope to see more bands this year!

"I just want to say how wonderful it was to have my wedding and reception at Harmony Hall. Karen, Jill and Lexi were all so great! They made planning so easy and stress free. The day was beautiful and everything I dreamed of. Thank you gentlemen so much!"
