Kelly and Richard celebrated their wedding day Pittsburgh style! The couple are avid Steeler & Penguin fans and their theme displayed that flawlessly. They also dedicated their wedding design to incorporate Richard’s job as a firefighter. Their wedding was truly specific to bringing together everything important in their lives.
The bridesmaids dresses were yellow, the groomsmen were dressed in black tuxedos, and the guests were given their own personalized terrible towels that read HUPP TOWEL. There ceremony was held at the Pond Site on our property, which fit perfectly into their design scheme with its natural florals & greenery. The programs mimicked standard roster and game programs you would receive at a game. Guests moved into the Ballroom for the reception where they navigated to their tables by picking up their tickets at “Will Call”.
After epic introductions, tearful first dances, and entertaining toasts, everyone enjoyed Teryaki Glazed Chicken or Tender Beef Medallions for dinner. Dessert was a delight to look at as the cupcake stand was actually a hockey stick tower! Guests danced the night away and sent the Hupps off in a celebratory fashion.
Our staff loved working with Kelly and Richard from start to finish. We could really tell their goal was to make their guests feel a part of their journey. We here at Harmony Hall Estate have a diverse fanship, but since we enjoyed the Hupps so much we’ll say, GO STEELERS!
