Katie and Jeremy celebrated their nuptials by bringing Cinco de Mayo to us! Their ceremony started at the Pond location on our property (perfect for the water theme!), followed by a grand reception in the ballroom. Their theme was tropical & elegant. Aqua was the chosen accent color for the linen napkins, and white was their base color with accents of yellow and light pink within the florals. They opted to use palms for the base of the centerpieces with our tall water filled glass votives with candles right on top.
The couple opted for a sweetheart table & large dance floor layout, and all 160 guests utilized that dance floor! For dinner they chose the Grand Buffet Station Menu package which includes 3 buffet stations of the Parmesan Encrusted Chicken, Top round of Roast Beef (carved by our chef), and the Pasta Station which had both Marinara and Alfredo. Also added to the end of the night was the Chocolate Fondue Station & Grilled Cheese station.
Guests enjoyed heartfelt toasts, traditional dances, and their signature drinks of Strawberry & Mango Margaritas! Overall this wedding a pleasure to be a part of. Katie and Jeremy knew exactly what they wanted and trusted us to execute it flawlessly. We had a lovely time working with the Rice’s and are thankful they chose us to be a part of their day!
