What a wonderful weekend! Harmony Hall Estate is more often than not the caterer for our events, but this weekend we had Passage to India cater for Farah and Mustapha’s wedding reception. We hosted 280 guests for their reception and what a fun event it was! Farah and Mustapha arrived after their ceremony and made a grand entrance surrounded by family and friends. They immediately went right into dancing. It was hard not to join in in the party! From there they went into speeches and a tradition Indian dance.
Dinner was set up as two buffets to the front and back of the ballroom. Guests enjoyed a wide variety of Indian food by Passage to India and they went on to enjoy dessert. Farah and Mustapha did not have a bar. They had bottled water and sodas for their guests to enjoy. Nothing was stopping this group from getting up and dancing (The happy couple was so into the dancing that they almost forgot to cut their gorgeous cake). They danced the night away.
It was such a beautiful night filled with color and decorations. The tables were Harmony Hall Estate’s gold linen. Passage to India supplied turquoise napkins that were tucked into the water glasses. The centerpieces were mason jars that were sat on a wood round and filled with a variety of flowers. The family of Farah and Mustapha decorated the front drapery with lights and blue drapery. It made for the beautiful backdrop for the sweetheart table and added an extra pop of color to the room as well.
Definitely check out all of the photos and videos. It was such a great night and words cannot compare to how beautiful the event was. Thank you again to Passage to India for joining us for the evening.
"I just want to say how wonderful it was to have my wedding and reception at Harmony Hall. Karen, Jill and Lexi were all so great! They made planning so easy and stress free. The day was beautiful and everything I dreamed of. Thank you gentlemen so much!"
