Seeing the final price of your wedding is something that can be very daunting. Even as a wedding planner, seeing that total is still shocking, but it doesn’t have to be. The Knot recently came out with a map of the average wedding prices across the U. S. The overall average wedding price is $35,329. That’s a lot of money. The good news is at Harmony Hall Estate, we want you to be able to stick within your budget, not have to pay for items that you do not want or need, and not break the bank. 😀
Harmony Hall Estate is an all-inclusive wedding venue. Not only are all your basics covered but we are also very flexible and willing to work with you to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. Currently we are offering FREE venue rental for a Saturday with 125 adult guests and the use of Karen’s Catering. For a Friday or Sunday, the minimum is 100 adult guests to receive that free venue rental. The ceremony pricing is $1500, giving you an additional hour for your ceremony, 1 hour for your rehearsal, ceremony chair set up/tear down, and access to our bridal suite, salon and groom gathering area at 9 a.m.
Karen’s Catering food packages begin at $50/person and go up to $75/person. This pricing covers hors d’ouevres, salad, entrees, vegetable, starch, soda, iced tea, coffee, water, and dessert. Our most popular package is $60/person and is a served meal with 3 entree choices. Harmony Hall Estate does have a liquor license so we provide the alcohol and bartenders. Most couples prefer to do a pre-paid tab in which you decide how much money you want to spend at the bar. You are not paying for anyone under 21 and you are not paying for anyone who is not drinking. You pay per drink. On average we find $15-$20 a person is a good estimate at the bar and your guests will be able to enjoy a 5 hour bar with beer, wine, and liquor.
The AVERAGE COST for a wedding ceremony and reception at Harmony Hall Estate with 125 adult guests ranges from $10,226.68-$14,392.38.
Included in that total is: Indoor and out door ceremony sites, endless photo opportunities, bridal suite, bridal salon, groomsmen gathering area, ceremony rehearsal, pre- wedding day planning services, custom designed wedding planner, digital room layout, design/decor coordination, planning meetings, day of wedding reception coordinator, designated bridal party server, cocktail hour appetizers, wedding dinner, 5 hour reception, with or without a 5 hour full bar and bartenders, chairs, tables, linens, china, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, set up and end of evening tear down and clean-up.
The venue and food are going to be about 75% of your budget so with our average wedding, you’ll definitely be well within your budget and won’t be anywhere near that national average of $35,329.
